Forest Therapy is a real practice in Japan and is spreading to the U.S. It doesn't have to be a forest, even plants in your home can provide the same effect if you unplug from our common stressors - basically, anything that has a screen and / or is loud - and focus on something green and natural for a few minutes. <3
I do this even though I still have the thumb of death and plants fear me. We are working on that. : D
